Our strength means that we are able to source the very best products and services from the smallest local supplier to the largest national companies. Our members can and do, demand the highest possible levels of service and quality and the best possible prices. This ensures that our service users, our residents, our guests are able to enjoy the very best and our members are able to provide more of those extra little touches that can make such a difference.

All of the above factors combine to ensure that our members are able to provide the very highest of care standards no matter what your requirements.

The Association’s independent professional advisor participates in a wide range of planning and commissioning groups which include Health Social Care and Well-being Partnership Boards and groups focussing on specific client groups needs. He ensures that the sectors ability to respond to strategic plans and initiatives is taken into account and that member organisations are aware of the future needs for service delivery and development.

Workforce
The Associations Chairman, Mario Kreft is a member of the Care Council for Wales, the body which regulates the social care workforce and sets standards with regard to qualifications and training. We are represented on the Regional Social Care Workforce Partnerships by our workforce Advisor Jan Wood.
