Bryn Bella Care Home is registered to provide round the clock nursing care by a highly qualified and experienced team of nurses and care practitioners. We provide residential, respite and day care services for adults of all ages who require professional nursing care.

Bryn Bella Care Home provides nursing care for younger people, and is also ideal for those who require a period of convalescence or a short break in a supported caring environment. We promote independence with the emphasis on rehabilitation and have our own physiotherapy department.

Our resident artist Sarah Edwards promotes and encourages rehabilitation using art therapy. Our aim at all times is to tailor our care to enhance an individuals quality of life within friendly, clean, safe, comfortable and attractive surroundings.

There is a wide range of delicious home cooked meals and the spacious rooms and suites are designed to the highest possible standards. The tranquil setting and landscaped gardens are surrounded by open countryside, yet are close to Wrexham town centre and all its amenities. Well designed and homely, Cae Bryn Care Home is surrounded by beautiful countryside with well maintained and safe gardens including a multisensory garden for clients to enjoy.

We often look after residents with high dependency needs, rest assured, we have the facilities, experience, training, understanding and patience to properly and sensitively care for our residents. Pastimes and activities are an important part of life at Cae Bryn and provide stimulation whilst enhancing the quality of life of those in our care. There is a nostalgia room, ‘Katie's tea Room’ that forms a part of our reminiscence ‘Down Memory Lane’ therapy and a ‘Snozelen Room’ which is a multisensory environment that provides valuable stimulation. A range of delicious home cooked meals are available to cater for all tastes and we are experts in understanding how little things like the colour of plates can have an impact on how those with dementia experience mealtimes. These little details add up and can make a big difference in helping us promote fulfilled lives.

Cae Bryn also has the benefit of a very active Family Support Group for families who wish to share their experiences.

PEN Y BRYN CARE HOME

Penybryn Care Home is the newest addition to the Pendine Park community. Opened in May 2007 it is a centre of excellence caring for younger people with neurological problems caused by acquired brain injury and conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis and stroke. We provide day care, respite and longer term residential services that promote the individual’s independence through rehabilitation and support.

The spacious, modern and beautifully decorated accommodation includes superior rooms and suites. All rooms and suites have en-suite bathing facilities and some have patio doors to the gardens. The tranquil setting in landscaped gardens is surrounded by open countryside, yet is very close to Wrexham town centre with all its amenities.

Our friendly, highly qualified and experienced nurses, care practitioners, physiotherapists and resident artist provide a range of individually tailored therapies to promote and encourage as much independence as possible. There is a strong rehabilitation focus and the wide variety of therapies we have on site are key to this. A range of delicious home cooked meals are available to cater for all tastes. Penybryn residents can enjoy a healthy social life and a wide range of activities including music, multi-media entertainment, hobbies and pastimes whilst Internet access is available.

Engaging with the community is important and trips and outings are popular – visits to the shops, cinema, the local pub or even a football match are always on the agenda. Our philosophy is to help people live their lives as they wish, so our residents can always chill out and do their own thing.
