Gwyder Ltd is a 6 bedded residential registered care home for Adults with learning Difficulties situated in Penmaenmawr near the historic castled town of Conwy. We are located 5 minutes walk from a wonderful sandy beach and stunning views of the Snowdonia National Park

Aims

Our aim at Gwyder is to provide a high standard of care in a homely environment and to encourage independence, maintain self respect and preserve dignity, so our residents can lead a full and satisfying life.

We are committed to providing every resident with individual care and attention in a safe and homely environment. We accommodate Clients who have come to the difficult decision made by various means about entering a residential care home when independent living can no longer be a preferred choice.

Respite Care

Gwyder can provide respite care that offers short breaks that enable our Client to have a change of environment and gives families and carers a needed opportunity to have time for themselves. We work closely with families and professionals to ensure continuity in our approach and the provision of support.
