The CMS modules include both Residents and Employees, which provide comprehensive analysis and monitoring tools on an individual basis from care plans, risk assessments and medical records through to training, absence tracking and rotas. The Home Management module provides you with an overview of events that have both occurred and are due to occur within your home so that you can make informed management decisions as and when they are required. Finally the administration module gives you access to extensive reporting and auditing facilities in addition to a powerful security system that allows you to control a user’s access at every level.
